I am responsible for identifying and inputting product defect data from the painting and mechanical processes into the database to accurately map areas requiring quality improvements. Additionally, I play an active role in optimizing workflows by measuring *takt time* through direct observation to analyze operator efficiency, and by maintaining inventory reliability through online stock-taking to ensure alignment between actual stock in the production area and the system records. My responsibilities also include updating work instructions and supporting documentation to reflect evolving work methods on the shop floor, as well as collaborating across teams to identify potential workplace hazards (near-misses) and compile daily issue lists for follow-up with the Production Engineering and HSE teams.

This project served as an experimental platform for me to combine microcontroller programming logic with physical electronic components—ranging from configuring shift registers and scrolling speeds to ensuring neat, stable wiring. Three key takeaways from this project: 1. A deep understanding of serial data transmission to display modules. 2. The importance of timing management (delays/timers) to ensure smooth text scrolling. 3. Troubleshooting power current issues with the LED panel. A small step toward my next, more complex embedded systems project!

Through this project, we applied electrical theory directly in a practical setting. Every step of the process from organizing circuit groups and connecting phase and neutral conductors to implementing the grounding system was executed meticulously to ensure the system's safety and neatness. Final testing demonstrated that all switch control functions and current distribution operated smoothly and without issues. This experience was highly valuable for honing our technical competence and teamwork skills.
