Building Character and Synergy at PERKASA

Building Character and Synergy at PERKASA is an opportunity for us, the members of Wahidin Soedirohoesodo Team, to develop our character, soft skills, and mindset through various activities and experiences. Throughout the program, we learned the importance of having a positive attitude, effective communication, responsibility, confidence, and an empowering mindset. These experiences encouraged us to step out of our comfort zones, understand ourselves better, and become more open to learning and personal growth. As a team consisting of members from different departments, we also learned how to build synergy by embracing our differences and working toward a common goal. Each member brought different perspectives, strengths, and personalities, which taught us the value of teamwork, trust, collaboration, and mutual support. Through PERKASA, we realized that strong teamwork is not about being the same, but about bringing different strengths together to create something meaningful as one team.
