One of my memorable experiences during high school was being part of the organizing committee for the Argantara Competition, a scouting event where I had the opportunity to take on two different responsibilities.
I served as the Head of the Decoration Division, where I worked with my team to plan and arrange the decorations across the competition area, including the main stage, photo booth, rooms, and other event spaces. It was a fun experience that allowed me to explore my creativity while learning how to coordinate and work effectively with a team.
At the same time, as one of the leaders of the school’s Scout extracurricular organization, I also took on a supporting role as an Advisor for the event. I helped monitor the different divisions and made sure each team was able to carry out their responsibilities throughout the event.
This experience taught me a lot about teamwork, communication, responsibility, and leadership. More than anything, it was a valuable opportunity to learn how to contribute to an event while supporting the people I worked with.
