One Period, Countless Lessons
Some leadership experiences teach you through books. Others teach you through the people you are responsible for. For me, it was my time as the Head of WIRANA, the Scout extracurricular organization at SMA Negeri 2 Cikarang Selatan. Leading more than 100 members throughout one period was not always easy. There were different personalities, different perspectives, unexpected challenges, and countless situations that required patience, communication, and teamwork. There were moments when things did not go as planned, but having the support of my fellow leaders, teammates, and every member of WIRANA made the journey possible. Throughout my term, we carried out various activities and programs together. One of the most meaningful milestones was organizing ARGANTARA (Arena Tangkas Galang Pramuka), the first scouting competition held by the Scout extracurricular organization at SMA Negeri 2 Cikarang Selatan at the regency level. Bringing ARGANTARA to life required months of preparation, coordination, and commitment from many people. From planning and organizing to working together behind the scenes, every stage became a lesson in discipline, responsibility, leadership, communication, and teamwork. Seeing the event finally take place and run successfully made all the challenges along the way feel worthwhile. But beyond the events and programs, what I value most from that period is the people and the journey we shared. WIRANA gave me the opportunity to grow alongside more than 100 individuals, learn how to lead with responsibility, and understand that leadership is not about doing everything alone, but about bringing people together toward a common goal. I am grateful to have been part of WIRANA and proud of everything we accomplished together. The experience, the challenges, the friendships, and the lessons from that one period will always be an important part of my journey.
