Challenges, Lessons, and Connections

Not every lesson happens in a classroom. Some are learned through experience, teamwork, and a little bit of adrenaline. During Latgab Latihan Gabungan a joint scouting training held at SMK Negeri 1 Cikarang Selatan, I was part of the committee for the Post-to-Post activity. The participants went through a series of hands on challenges, from learning how to safely extinguish a fire and handle snakes to training their senses through activities involving smell, taste, and hearing. The event brought together scouts from different schools, creating an exciting environment to build connections while developing discipline, leadership, teamwork, and practical skills. I was also responsible for coordinating younger members of my Scout organization throughout the event. It was a fun experience that challenged me to communicate, stay responsible, and work closely with others. Latgab reminded me that learning becomes much more memorable when you get to experience it, face challenges together, and learn from the people around you.
