This project served as an experimental platform for me to combine microcontroller programming logic with physical electronic components—ranging from configuring shift registers and scrolling speeds to ensuring neat, stable wiring. Three key takeaways from this project: 1. A deep understanding of serial data transmission to display modules. 2. The importance of timing management (delays/timers) to ensure smooth text scrolling. 3. Troubleshooting power current issues with the LED panel. A small step toward my next, more complex embedded systems project!

As an active Posyandu Remaja (Youth Integrated Health Post) cadre since 2023, I play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of teenagers in my local community. This ongoing initiative is dedicated to regular physical health monitoring and empowering youth to adopt healthy lifestyle habits. 1. Basic Physical Assessments: Measuring height, weight, upper arm circumference, and waist circumference to track nutritional status and physical development. 2. Vital Signs & Health Screenings: Conducting routine blood pressure measurements and blood glucose checks. 3. Guidance and Education: Helping teenagers understand their physical progress and providing insights on health risk prevention. Project Objectives: This project aims to help youth track their personal growth and development while proactively minimizing the risks of chronic conditions such as hypertension (high blood pressure), obesity, and other health issues.

Designed and assembled a PLC-based 3-phase motor control panel using single-phase and three-phase MCBs, an Emergency Stop, Thermal Overload Relay (TOR), ON/OFF push buttons, TOR contacts, and indicator lights. Developed the PLC control program using CX-Programmer to operate the motor, control the start/stop system, manage indicators, and provide overload protection.

Designed and assembled a 3-phase industrial motor control panel featuring DOL, Forward-Reverse, and Star-Delta starter circuits with a timer-based Star-to-Delta transition. Integrated MCB, Thermal Overload Relay (TOR), emergency stop, push buttons, contactors, timer, and indicator lamps for motor control, protection, and status monitoring.

Through this project, we applied electrical theory directly in a practical setting. Every step of the process from organizing circuit groups and connecting phase and neutral conductors to implementing the grounding system was executed meticulously to ensure the system's safety and neatness. Final testing demonstrated that all switch control functions and current distribution operated smoothly and without issues. This experience was highly valuable for honing our technical competence and teamwork skills.
