An innovative engineering project focused on the design and manufacturing of a Syringe Holder device, developed to enhance precision, safety, and stability in fluid injection mechanisms. The project covers the complete product development lifecycle, including 3D mechanical modeling (designing the handle, plunger, and linear rail system), structural performance simulation, and production feasibility analysis for assembly line manufacturing.

Tujuan Project dan Tanggung Jawab Project Syringe Holder bertujuan untuk merancang pegangan alat suntik yang lebih ergonomis sehingga memudahkan pengguna dalam mendorong dan menarik plunger saat proses pengambilan maupun pemberian cairan. Dalam project ini, saya bertanggung jawab melakukan identifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, membuat desain produk, mengembangkan prototype, serta melakukan evaluasi terhadap fungsi dan kenyamanan alat. Proses/Metode yang Digunakan Proses pengerjaan diawali dengan mengidentifikasi permasalahan pada penggunaan alat suntik konvensional, kemudian membuat beberapa konsep desain menggunakan perangkat lunak CAD. Setelah desain dipilih, saya membuat prototype dan melakukan uji coba untuk mengevaluasi aspek ergonomi, kemudahan penggunaan, serta fungsi pegangan. Hasil evaluasi digunakan sebagai dasar untuk melakukan perbaikan desain hingga diperoleh prototype yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Hasil/Dampak Project Prototype Syringe Holder yang dikembangkan berhasil memberikan pegangan yang lebih nyaman dan stabil, sehingga memudahkan pengguna dalam mendorong maupun menarik plunger alat suntik. Desain yang dihasilkan juga meningkatkan kontrol saat penggunaan dan menjadi solusi yang lebih ergonomis dibandingkan penggunaan alat suntik tanpa pegangan tambahan.
